Received my first own business cards today! And mini photo prints of my own art for my personal portfolio album! I know the photos are blurry and low qualityThose mini prints seriously look like pokemon cards XD
Seeing my art printed makes me really happy inside.

Well I have a weird obsession with printed artwork. Its what made me wanna be an artist. It was my dream to ever see my work printed like in books, packages or posters. It just makes me feel proud and warm inside. Its those small things that makes me enjoy this job. Ofcourse I have many more other reasons.
Well there is already a lot of competition, so finding a job in a big company will be really hard. Your specialization, personal style and good attitude will make you stand out among the crowd.
Sadly a lot of artists I see here are always crying about how they will never make it, how bad they are in art or how they never get commissions. I always see people use the word "popularity" as an excuse why some artists are succesful. Best way is to embrace failure with open arms, learn from it, get experience, work hard and keep going like you are in a battlefield. I always get motivated because I refuse to give up :Y

I don't want to be popular or famous. I just want to live my dreams and turn my hobby and my passions into my work. Yes, maybe I'll be someone small in a big company, but I'll do what I love to do.
I understand your obsession with printed artworks and stuff. At the moment, as I'm doing more artworks without the computer, I know the thrill of having your own drawings frames in your house

could do, but a book is heavy and not easy to carry in my bag XD unless you meant for selling I could do someday when I get more art done :3
