Description Stage 01 - Dehumanization

Where everything in your life turns into hyperdrive and you don't get to see your surroundings. You're basically not living life as it should be.

I started this collection because I was in a midst of an art block, it got so bad that burnout was eminent. For the past few months, I've been working 24/7 with my art projects that I can relate to this artwork here. Everything was dark and everything didn't make sense. You're blinded by tasks and your head is filled with chaotic thoughts.

Time: bout 4 hours at 11:45 at night.

Good job . I like the spikes on his back, it reminds me of the series Falling Skies.. basically humans with spikes on the back turn into aliens (full explanation is quite long).
I also like that microchip pattern on the back of his head. It portrays dehumanization quite well, almost as if he was a computer "Blinded by tasks".

Hahaha I got about a year to go maybe. But this applies with everyone else as well that has difficulties with taking a break. My life is very fast paced and it takes a lot to take a break for me.

I do that every night though. It works I can't deny it but something feels off lately. I haven't been on deviantArt so It's helping me cope now. Working on the next one!! How's everything?!

Things are okay with me. I've been very productive this year but I don't feel like I've improved a whole lot. I'm working on the script for part 6 of my comic but am also a bit over engrossed in making fan art in hopes of hitting 80k page views by October 23.

Nah, (I was close to a burnout apparently so I needed to take a step back) I'm really glad to be back here! lots have changed!

I still love your work as usual and I'm sure you'll hit that goal. Have you heard of the new Spiderman Movie coming out? maybe do a fan art for that?

Burnout? Take it easy.

I won't be able to see the new Spider-Man until it makes it to DVD. Theaters give me bad headaches unfortunately. I'm a big fan of the trilogy and have all the DVDs for that. I wish they'd make more with Toby Maguire.

I will, and I sure did hope that Tobey Maguie was still around.. I remember the first time I got it on DVD, my mom got it for me and I was super stoked. hopefully Andrew Garfield (the new spiderman) will do it justice.
