And isn't he lordly?
I startet this because I wanted to practise on the ridges on his forehead. I think, I could've done better, but I'm satisfied nonetheless.
The wrinkles were something new, somehow. I have to practise these...
Background is the logo of the Romulan Star Empire, taken from Memory Alpha .
The writing says "ROMULAN / STAR EMPIRE" in romulan letters - drawn by me. took a font from here as reference for the letters - I'm not yet fluid in written romulan ;D

V nice work! I just finished watching the whole voyager series. Despite what the haters say I think it has some great aspects and characters. Oh, back to your art..really nice work, facial structure is flawless!!!
