Senator Vreenak from Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "In Pale Moonlight".Oh I love Romulans
And isn't he lordly?
I startet this because I wanted to practise on the ridges on his forehead. I think, I could've done better, but I'm satisfied nonetheless.
The wrinkles were something new, somehow. I have to practise these...
Background is the logo of the Romulan Star Empire, taken from Memory Alpha .
The writing says "ROMULAN / STAR EMPIRE" in romulan letters - drawn by me. took a font from here as reference for the letters - I'm not yet fluid in written romulan ;D

Ahahaha. We all love Senator Vreenak. Vreenak and his ability to know fake holosimulations when he sees them. Shame Garak blew the ship up. No more Vreenak.
Onto the art... very nice! I've always had so much more trouble attempting Romulans as opposed to their lovely Vulcan cousins, but I love both equally. Kudos!

You've hit the nail on the head with your proportions of the face!
I don't think you've finished this yet. I think around the eyes you've got those dark tones that work really well, and if the rest of the image had the same tone of darkness then it would really punch it up. I think the nose needs those darker tones that you have around the eyes because it's dark up there! And possibly under the chin.
He is starting to scare me a bit thinking about what he might be plotting with that expression on his face!
