Here is a very recent oc that I made. ( Yes people, I'm aware that he looks like the love child of the Winter Soldier and Dr. Octopus!!!!)

He is a famous thief called Red Diamond, but, his real name is Charles Phister. How he does his work is that first he steal ancient treasures for museums (with the help of his "sidekick" Tabby), then he sells said items to villains in the black market. After 24 hours he steals the item back form said villain and returns is to the museum.
He has a very lone wolf type attitude and likes to keep to himself.
