I like the face /alot/. But where it seems he's disappearing, doesn't seem to work. Maybe there's just too many lines, or they are not thick and bold enough?? Thick ones would be a nice contrast to his upper body.

thanks, I might try to thicken the lines and see if it looks any better, the main thing I'm disappointed with is the wing, the position is awkward looking. I'm quite happy with the way the head turned out too

Yeah I see what you mean. It was an interesting idea but it just doesn't seem to work.
