This is absolutely gorgeous. She looks like she's wearing really thick lipstick, which is actually a nice effect.
I really don't have much of any critique for this. Your eyes are aligned very well, and the ears are where they should be.
The nose looks just a little crooked, like it's too far to the left. But it's only very slightly off.
Perhaps just a bit more shading, too. But as it is now, it still looks excellent.

I THINK this is from an Anne Taylor ad, but I'm not sure. In any case, this is really great. The anatomy is nearly perfect, and you succeeded in keeping that "I have a secret" look in her eyes.
