Dang! You make it very hard to critique you.
The (our) left eye is just a little too far towards the center.
The water is amazing.
While the hard shadows are nice (and I've seen the photo this was made from, so they're all where they should be), they're just a bit too hard, and not blended enough. It kind of looks cel shaded, like you would see in a comic book.
All around, a very impressive image though.

And I must say, this looks better than the photo, by far. I'm amazed that you did that, really.
But a word about the water drops on her body--try not to make them just little balls of water, as you did with a fair amount of them. Make them flow, it -is- water after all. When you cry, the tears don't just sit there, now do they? Aside from that, you did a wonderful job!
