Ooh, Lapis Lazuli... I will definitely be looking forward to that one. (My favorite semi-precious stone) I can't wait to see what you do with all of them, though. You always come up with such interesting dresses to fit the feel of the stone, and the colors are so rich.

Lol, Lapis Lazuli came to me the other day when I realized I had a tube of Daniel Smith Goldstone paint that would be perfect for mimicking the pyrite flecks in Lapis, and another tube MADE from Lapis. Now I can't wait to play with that one!

Oh yeah, Daniel Smith [link] has the best watercolors EVER! Their PrimaTek series is made of jewel-quality stones. I actually painted this one using mostly Rhodonite Genuine!

That's awesome. I've never really dealt with paints personally, so I had no clue what was out there. That's definitely a place that I'd like to keep in mind if I ever really get into painting.
