I've always loved the beautiful Rose Quartz, one of my favorite semi-precious stones. I think it really radiates kindness, innocence, and classic femininity. The Rose Quartz Fairy is an elegant Victorian beauty, sweetly romantic and full of charm.
The model for the Rose Quartz Fairy is the wonderful

I love all your fairies!!! They're sooo pretty! This one's dress reminds me of Giselle's from Enchanted, but pinkish. It's beautiful! Well done!

Thank you! Lol, I love it too, I was talking to my mom today about the dresses in this series and told her I wanted to steal this one and parade around aimlessly in it til I got tired.

Thank you so much, this dress was far and away the hardest one of the series to get right! The Victorians wore some crazily ornate clothes, no wonder women were fainting left and right!

Thanks! There will be more in the series. I've got designs going for Blue Topaz (this will probably be next), Turquoise, Lapis Lazuli and Jade, and I'm kicking around ideas for other stones like Amber, Tiger's Eye and Moonstone.

Ooh, Lapis Lazuli... I will definitely be looking forward to that one. (My favorite semi-precious stone) I can't wait to see what you do with all of them, though. You always come up with such interesting dresses to fit the feel of the stone, and the colors are so rich.

Lol, Lapis Lazuli came to me the other day when I realized I had a tube of Daniel Smith Goldstone paint that would be perfect for mimicking the pyrite flecks in Lapis, and another tube MADE from Lapis. Now I can't wait to play with that one! I'll have to mess around with the gold paint and see how it reacts to different tricks, but it'll be some sort of royal blue gown accented with a load o' gold.

Ooh, that sounds awesome. I had no clue that you could actually find paint made from different stones. Kind of makes me want to explore some art stores just to see what's available.

Oh yeah, Daniel Smith [link] has the best watercolors EVER! Their PrimaTek series is made of jewel-quality stones. I actually painted this one using mostly Rhodonite Genuine! Lol I'm like a little kid with a toy catalog when it comes to Daniel Smith paint, it's just awesome.

That's awesome. I've never really dealt with paints personally, so I had no clue what was out there. That's definitely a place that I'd like to keep in mind if I ever really get into painting.
And the colors you chose really look awesome for a rose quartz look.
