Once again, I have comepleted another request for my bro BladeGauntletThis time, he wanted a reference for his Pokémon Trainer, Judy. I've done pictures of her before, ONE of them I'm NOT very proud of for certain reasons, and I could agree she needed to be revamped and fleshed out. So here she in both human and Glaceon form.
