Okay, Despite the problems involving my lineart, I think this turned out great. For those wondering, Yes, I am aware that there is a 2nd Dimension Pinky, and yes, he is also a cyborg. We may not know yet, since the episode will be aired in the United States, so....you know.

Anyway......

Pinky the Chihuahua or Chihuahuaborg was an agent working for the O.W.C.A. (Operated World Central Agency) and belonged to Isabella undercover as a mindless domestic pet.

Then when Perry went missing, Pinky, along with Peter the Panda, Terry the Turtle, Agent Kitty, and Agent D (Dog) set out to find him, but they found out that Perry has been transformed into a cyborg. Then the evil Vanessa Doofenshmirtz transforms them into Animalborgs as well, soon, they helped her invade and overthrow the O.W.C.A. and transformed all their animal agents into Animalborgs as well.

During his present life, he has little memory of his owner and spends most of his time being Platyborg's second in command of Vanessa's Animalborg army.

Well, Pinky-M's been taken care of, and now it's off to Pandaborg we go.
