At the top-right is Donna Belle, or at least......that's what she calls her human form.She works as the producer of Thrimagen Studios, but is actually an evil toon rat woman named Violet Belladonna!Β
As a toon rat woman, she loves to let her tongue hang out and let the saliva flow. She loves being a disgusting rat woman, but more than anything, she loves to serve her master Duke Nightmare.
Although she can fight fairly well with her sharp, piercing rat teeth, she'd rather stay in the shadows and plot things from back there.
She helps to manage the young evil toon girls who serve Duke Nightmare, and keeps them in line.
Unlike the younger girls in the organazation, because she's an adult woman, her relation to Duke is more of a loyal servant rather than a fan-girl like Silly Eater for example.
At the bottom-left is Hyde Fang, the Flea Queen, and at the bottom-right is Scalp Jaw, the Head Louse Queen - both of them live on Violet, and are normally hart to see since they're so tiny. Violet is their main food source, but it matters not since Violet can regenerate faster than most toons.
These two used to be normal bugs, but were tooned at the same time as their hostess - out of all the fleas and lice on the lady, only these two lived while the others were killed off by the paint toxicity.
More details later, but for now, please let me know what you think of them all.

The fact that she's a toon rat woman goes with her job as a producer!
I suppose I got the idea for Hyde Fang and Scalp Jaw from those cassettes that Soundwave always had in him. Β
I am currently working on a short series called "Todd's Odd Toony Day", and I won't spoil too much, but with 4 parts done and 2 to go, I'm almost at the end, and I had plans for a pic of another lady toon who some might see as a villainess. I can't say who she is because spoilers, but I'll still do my best to get a pic of her to go with the final part.
I had plans for other toon OC pics, along with some docments about the tranformative cans of toon paint before I get back to work on Silly Road Blue, so yes, there will be much to look forward to in the coming weeks ahead (I hope at least).

Well......she USES the name Donna Belle as an alias, because if people knew her real name, there'd be trouble, but for convenience, we'll call her by that for now!
"Donna" was in jail facing execution for commiting an act of espionage - sticking her nose in matters that the Govt didn't want her to!
At the time, she had both head lice and fleas, so her kepters kept her separate from the other prisoners, not bothering to cure her since she was going to the electric chair anyway! -_-
Duke Nightmare appeared in her cell, and offered to save her life in exchange for her loyal service. Since death was the only alternative, she swore herself to him, and painted her into the toon rat woman known as Violet Belladonna.

Does the studio have the legal right to the cartoon pilot was that recorded? Or does the couple have the legal right to it?Β

The couple submitted their ideas to the studio, and the couple was chosen to fill the roles of their own creations.
Nothing was made legal because the contract wasn't signed.
It was all just a trap to lure them in, and of course, they took the bait,......so technically speaking, the studio doesn't actually own them or their ideas!

That still leaves the question of the video of the pilot episode. (There's no rational way they wouldn't have recorded it.)
Does it exist in legal limbo? If so, then the studio might release it online, just to get the collective will of The Audience, to want more shorts made, which compels the pair to indeed become part of the studio for more releases.Β
Does Donna have any experience running a business? Or did they toonify someone else to handle the paper work? Since the studio physically exists after all. It might be interesting if the studio in of itself functions as one, even if Duke is using it as a front for his Evil Plans, getting TV and release contracts with media outlets, except their shows are created via recording the pocket realities inhabited by their toon residents that function on the rules of the Script. Possibly out producing other studios due to incredibly cheap costs and infinite storage space.Β

Duke Nightmare did plan something along these lines.
Right now, he's using the couple as test subjects, because he wants to be absolutely sure that they'll be addicted enough to keep being toon performers.

So now he wants to make sure those toonified won't rebel on him or grow bored of their own existence... Ironic given he claims he wants revenge for such things.Β
I wonder how long it'll take then before their human lives feel like farces, or feel that they're living the lives of strangers now, and willingly let the studio wipe away the last of their old identities.Β
Ironically, if it did work, with enough helping hands, he'd be able to produce new material as fast as he'd be able to record it, (possibly branching out into different art styles, like anime) and out pacing the competition, with the mega-studios surviving purely from their Intellectual properties.Β

also one aspect I'm curious about; with Violet being one of the few adult toons, how'd she get 'employed' by Duke in the first place?

Hyde Fang and Scalp Jaw act like tiny little spies. Normally, they are only as big as normal fleas and head lice, but they can grow bigger so that they can bring Violet their spy reports.
Since both of them started life as insects who don't even live for half a year as adults (I know because I checked Wikipedia), both girls are very grateful to be tooned, because it means they can keep doing what they love to do best - feeding off of others!
Since they were never human to begin with, they only see humans as walking blood banks!
With toons though, since toon blood is actually paint, these two also love drinking paint!
Though there are differences: while Hyde Fang acts more impulsively, being the first to want to go after a meal, Scalp Jaw is the more mature and level-headed of the two, telling her "sister" that they shouldn't kill anyone by sucking them dry, or there would be less food for them in the long run.
Both of them are best friends, and view Violet as a mother as much as they see her as their home/main food source.

I noticed I still had some space left in the pic, so I made those two.Β
I can understand where you're coming from. It just seemed like too good a chance to pass up, since rats are sometimes associated with their tiny passengers. Since I'd already planned out the Cheese and Bananas story, I most likely won't feature these two toon parasites since they were more of an after-thought than anything else!
Now that I've heard that Net Neutrality may've been saved, I'll certainly do more work on art and stories.
I'll have to first reread the first parts to get me back in the mode, but rest assured, it won't take long!
