Unfortunately, the right has resorted to tricks to disenfranchise voters, especially of the minority communities. Also, we cannot forget on how South Dakota (or one of the Dakota's) required voter ID intentionally to disenfranchise Native American voters. They pretty much knew that since they have done everything to piss all over them, desecrate their land, limit their rights, that they couldn't allow them to vote, because it would turn the Senate or the House blue.
Still we have gotten to the point where such corrupt and low practices and allying with people who interfered with our elections is the norm, and unfortunately, it's gonna continue until the administration gets the boot.
