It's nice to see buildings approached in the same way you approach your characters :] Plus it's just pleasing to look at, nice and balanced rather than jumbled. If you made a book, these sheets would be great to offset your more scenic illustrations

My god, I wish architecture these days was really like that. There isn't much artistic ability shown through the gray boxes I've been seeing in the city lately... what happened to buildings being works of art!

How do you do these? Do you start with shapes and then add on? Or do you plan it out first..?

They are basically drawn the way you see them. I start with one interesting shape then draw others around them, with their shapes determined by each other's edges
