I had an urge to draw Shadow and Maria and eventually I had an idea of them having fun on a meadow - something bright and happy. Running around. And why sunflowers? They're perky! We had those once in summer and wow, they looked really swell in sunlight with other flowers.
Oh yeah, after drawing the picture I noticed that I didn't have any working ink pencils left so the pic remained sketch-looking although later I cleaned it with PSP 9 and added colors.
Still need to play and finish that Shadow the Hedgehog -game, what is a challenge for me because I have played only Sonic 2 ... something 12 years ago?
And then just a while ago found myself playing those old school Sonic -games on my crappy computer ( even though I've been aware of all these new games and such for a long time ) and just-- oh no. My skills are really rusted. And Shadow seems to move too fast that I could keep up with him. I'm too slow! Noo--! Need to practice more... >"DShadow the Hedgehog and Maria Robotnik are © Sonic Team
