Hello,Here's Topshell for Windows Vista SP2 RTM 32-Bit Only, Final Version of Sp2.
Build 6002.18005
Backup original shell32.dll which is located in system32 folder and place the one you downloaded in there.
I have not tested this but it should work fine, just got the file from someone on 32-bit. But if you try this please let me know if it works so i know

hey i have a problem when i replace the shell32.dll with yours i get no sound when i play movies or try to listen to music...ive removed it and restored the original shell32.dll and the sound comes back...but with yours theres no sound so if can help me that would be great...i have vista home premium 32bit service pack 2...

That's so weird, i don't know how that file would stop your sound from working, your the first one to report this problem, maybe send me your shell32.dll so i can have a look at it.

i also remember reading somewhere that others are having problems like this...but i guess we are unlucky...thanks for looking into this i guess ill just stay with the bottom right now...laters keep up the good work...

are you talking about file size? its smaller cause i rar'd it once its unrar its right size depending on 32-bit or 64-bit

I actually used a shell32.dll from vista SP1 on my vista SP2 and it worked
