They're different species of rattler, Jake isn't a cowboy he's an outlaw, cowboy is someone who works with cattle, Benjamin isn't a cowboy either he's a bounty hunter.

Real snakes don't wear hats at all, unless forced onto them by their owners so it's not COMMON AT ALL.
Jake is an animated CHARACTER.
Rango is a movie! An animated movie at that, just because Jake was the only snake seen in the movie, doesn't mean there's not more snakes running around with hats on in the verse.

First off,
Benjamin's entire skull has been replaced with a metal one, secondly eastern diamondbacks ARE WAAAAY BIGGER than western Diamondbacks, bigger attitudes, and darker colors, Ben has his rattle in tact as well. PLUS! He's wearing a bandana.
Jake is a western diamondback therefore he is smaller, much lighter in color, ect.
If arrogance were smarts, you'd be the smartest one of all.

All of these are just nitpicks. Another similarity which both snakes have is that both had part of their bodies replaced with metal pieces. Β And what? Does he wear the bandana 24/7? If arrogance was being smart, you'd be almost god-like. Not all the world population knows the differences between rattler species (which does not include me.) Just stop dude. Everything you speak is purely to contradict me. You still fail to realize that I never said both snakes were exactly alike I only said "It reminds me of rattlesnake jake." stop making a fool out of yourself and stop your nonsense.
