I'll have to find the right outfit, but I do really like the design of the face. The first time I drew it, I felt I wanted to see more of this character. It took time to get her right, but I think I'm closer.

Anyway:

Tiba is a Cauldron-Bellied Witch. Or just "Cauldron". Cauldrons store water in their bellies, but they usually have a large lakes worth, when really powerful. They convert the water into more useful fluids, depending on what they can manage to brew and what they need. She can than project streams of her potions, poisons, and other agents like a hose through her mouth or the jet simply "opens" from micro wormholes, usually in front of the palm.

Tiba, through this manipulation of space time, warps space for maneuverability and suspends mass in her belly to carry far more than the volume or weight would suggest. She can 'suck it in' on the fly if she absolutely has to use the figure of a non-pregnant woman, but normally she sets up traps and wins by outflanking opponents with traps. She isn't too quick to make strong enemies.

Tiba is an adept at her craft and her entire tribe reveres her. She and her sisters live in old buildings kept in shape by glue and rubber cement. Tiba often practices ways to not burn down forests and such because she uses scalding hot plasmas like lightning and fire.

If I were to score her expansion, then:
Inflation: Flexible and potentially vast.
Pregnancy: Would be her daughters by , So she'd have 3 or 4 pregnancies and wouldn't be the type to mind raising them. Ronu might convince her to hold onto the pregnancy until they were good and ready to have kids, but that is unlikely. Otherwise, as a native of Bou Rai, she was pregnant from the end of puberty onward and while she has cycled through these four ladies, she is still very pregnant, though this is dwarfed by her Cauldron System.
Weight Gain: Very Moderate hourglass figure. No fat folds.
Vore: Technically, she could, but she usually reserves that for large non-human game before long trips.
Stuffing: Water drinking aplenty and a healthy appetite to make transmutations easier and to give her calories. Again, she can control the size of her belly, so the strain would only show outside of combat and possible danger.
