Fantastic!!! Your style of shading and toning is very consistent and well-executed. I like the cross-hatching shade in contrast to the fluid lines on the figure.

Fantastic shading as always. Such fluidity of motion, and to be honest, kind of creepy. lol It reminds me of a mass of writhing flesh morphing into something as yet to be determined. I absolutely love this, and all your work.

You should be like famous or something....

The profile toe looks triumphant, though, as if it is giving a cheeky "toes-up" even while falling. Is this the human spirit refusing to be vanquished by anything? Poking its toe through the fabric of defeat? saying "I live even though I fall and die. I will return!"

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

RedTweny In reply to GersifGalsana [2013-06-29 19:10:28 +0000 UTC]

I'd have the strength to never give up ... for now I try not to give up in drawing every evening of the week !

GersifGalsana In reply to RedTweny [2013-06-30 05:11:03 +0000 UTC]

Artists through the centuries have been great survivors. And they had little reason to be happy the way people treat them, but that triumphant toe of victory has seen them rise and take up the pen and brush like swords. And with it they have often brushed their enemies into their pictures, so the nasty have lived forever along with the great.

nice words Gersif !
One of my "enemy" it is the time...and he never loses, even though I always drawing him

True. Time is only ever thwarted by children, who are in turn his victims. Time is the big Unknown Unseen. But if you can do something between being born and having to leave then that gives you a chance to give this gift to others who can keep passing it on. Ultimately, Time wins, but not if we can stay just a little ahead. Just until tomorrow, or the next few minutes ...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

RedTweny In reply to GersifGalsana [2013-06-30 14:49:00 +0000 UTC]

...stay just a little ahead at the time ??? This could be a new experience....I'll try to do !!

ps
it is obvious that you are a great writer !!

GersifGalsana In reply to RedTweny [2013-06-30 16:19:47 +0000 UTC]

It is obvious you are a good artist Bon voyage in your journey to get ahead of Time. I think one your figures could do it. In agony and ecstasy, as always .

a little revenge against time that eats me daily..ufffff

Yes, everything in this world is consumed by something and all by Time, but maybe a soul escapes?

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

RedTweny In reply to GersifGalsana [2013-07-01 07:13:09 +0000 UTC]

would be very nice ... but I want/need a proof !!

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

GersifGalsana In reply to RedTweny [2013-07-01 09:01:06 +0000 UTC]

I have a feeling from an experience I once had that it just might exist, that soul substance that is a copy of what we are. I'm really hoping it might exist. If you are careful and think inwardly you can sometimes feel this floating on its silver strand inside the walls of the physical body. Maybe when we die the strand breaks and we travel on ...

๐Ÿ‘: 0 โฉ: 1

RedTweny In reply to GersifGalsana [2013-07-01 19:04:18 +0000 UTC]

it would be really nice .. I'll try to look more closely, but for now ... hmmmmm ... I saw little evidence and a lot of confusion and contradictory signs ... hmmmm

Quest'opera mi fa pensare che tutti i corpi cadano con la stessa accelerazione verso il proprio destino: la fine di tutto. La vita รจ per noi come il Piano inclinato di Galilei?

This work makes me think that all bodies fall with the same acceleration towards his own destiny: the end of everything. Is life for us as the inclined plane of Galileo Galilei?
