This is the newest Journal with information. Scam Round 5, Seriously?!FIRST Off, DEVIANTART HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SCAM! IT IS NOT FROM DA! (I have seen a few people blaming dA, like they were the ones sending notes and links. They Are Not!)Ok, so I am mad I cannot recover my StashWriter journals on all this, I had and still have ALL the research journals for these scams but I cannot link them into Eclipse journals and it's pissing me off.So that being said, this is scam round 5, I shit you not. (And it sounds like there is no end in site.) If I find a way to show you all the researched info and all the journals and professional IT persons found research on this, I will update this journal. As for now, I have to start this ALL FROM SCRATCH! UGHI am just here to help the community, I have been on this research for 6 months! I have even had extensive help with this. No Lie, I Have Followed This Since JANUARY. Scams From These Same People Include: devusersonline that promise you a $100 gift card and/or you won something else. Raffles from your watchers and the latest installment, $700 gift card from Amazon aka deviantraffel(dot)com or something.And Sadly There Are HUNDREDS Of These Accounts, You Cannot Block Them All Or You'll Have A Full 500 Blocklist In A Week...But You CAN Report Them All!That being said, if you follow these guidelines and know what to watch for, you should be ok:Do NOT accept Any Notes From Any Of These Scammers. They have names with an Adjective > Noun > Number(s) **For Example: ExactingPear7* You Will see names like this and here's what they do: They Are Brand NEW Accounts Made That Day. 1: "The accounts join DA, watch around 5 to 10 people, send the notes to those people, then deactivate themselves some hours later. It's so they can't be flagged and IP banned from DA" (They are NOT getting banned, it's a tactic to avoid IP ban. They deactivate pretty much right after they note a group of people.) 2: They Comment on your front page saying you either won something or we left a note for you. Blah Blah Blah. 3: They Watch You. 4: Deactivate. Also the links they send don't even look legit and sometimes are misspelled. And you'll notice misspellings on common words and sentences.They will also either claim to be STAFF or an Official Company. DON'T BUY INTO IT!It has also been stated by someone who is an IT Professional that these links they send CAN be Malware and Ransomware. So again, DON'T CLICK ANY LINKS!So what you should do: MARK COMMENT ON YOUR FRONT PAGE AS SPAM! MARK NOTE IN YOUR INBOX AS SPAM! TO BE SAFE AND IN YOUR BEST INTEREST, DO NOT REPLY TO SAID NOTE! DELETE NOTE AND DO NOT KEEP IT AROUND! Do NOT Ever Interact With These Scams! Do NOT Interact Ever With The Scammer/Bot.Staff Never Sends Out Notes In This Manner, Ever!!So in closing since I cannot link my old journals, 2020 has been a shitty year with the Riots, Covid, Violence and Getting Thrown Into Eclipse but you don't have to let this add to it.
