Lycan Ideology:Boundaries are extremely important for Lycans, not only are they markers for others of their kind to notice their presence their, but also a way of warding off spirits.
For some Clans, this is the biggest purpose of markers. Designing elegant totems, Carved Stone, Claw scratched trees, styles of Inukshuk, and intricately colored strings.

Main fact being it's a Commission and in many ways I consider the picture to kinda belong to the commissioner.

Yeah, DevonXxX said he wanted a sort of foggy scene, so I roamed Google's images for a while and came upon a few rather thick fog forests, which looked eerie and cool. Then looking over his character's refs, it just seemed to fit and bring out the character more then the lighter more misted forests that I was also looking at. Made it awesome and creepy. This is one of my favorite pieces so far ^^
