Description Lycan Ideology:

While most werewolves live in tight nit clans, over time they tend to grow too large. When this occurs, an even number of young and middle aged males will leave, as individuals or as a new group, bringing a few females with them.

When a male begins to designate his new territory, he does not only monitor for other challenging males of his kind, but also man. Although some tend to permit humans into their territory for a share of game, it is closely monitored.
Any sign of a human breaking 'All's Law' demands the Lycan to act, discharging the offender as aggressively, yet nonviolently, from the area.

I went to Hunty McHunterson school (not really its name) and it is actually illegal to shoot a doe with fawns (of any animal) and tons of hunters get arrested and charged with poaching each year. and there is certain seasons for doe hunting and it is when the does are not preggo or nursing. and as a hunter I say that these such people ruin it for the rest of us

You hear about the native americans' (sioux) reservation? They've re-introduced american bison, and now that they're thriving they want to do yearly hunts to control the population. No guns hunt. Just like they originally used to. It's their land too. Friggin awesome! If I could join a hunt like that I'd die satisfied.

That would be... terrifying, but awesome.

Personally, I really do hope that certian things are permitted to become as they once where, especially because they are sights I wish to see.
Bison where once so thick that as they travelled, the earth trembled, you could look across the plains and instead of green, nothing but dark buffalo backs, especially as they did group migrations. I guess you could say that I invission it much as some would with standing at the top of a mountain. Only once have I seen creatures so thick and it was a good 10years ago, things have changed since then. In West Virginia, wild turkey once rolled over the hill tops like tar, the sight and sounds... had you not know what it was, I'm sure would care the daylights out of someone.

I have gotten to see a few bison before, a herd of about 20 head, the adult males where enormous and I know one would deffinntly require more then just courage to stand before it with nothing but wooden bow and stone tipped arrow. If it was charging... more then just intimidating. No wonder they would have huge celebrations after a hunt!

I also heard some of the bison strayed off the reservation in winter, and some dumb cowboys shot them all. Apparently they were afraid those bison would give their cattle some kind of cattle-related disease, that scientists aren't even sure can be transmitted by the bison to the cattle. So idiotic.

It was a bullshit reason, they probably just wanted to shoot them. You know how most humans are -_-;

This is awesome. The pose, the coloring, the imagry and..of course..the message. I can't stand the idea of someone shooting a doe, then again I can't stand the idea of someone shooting a buck, either. I don't get how shooting an animal, any animal really, with a gun for no real reason (unless it's to keep their numbers down where natural predators aren't numerous enough to do it) is a great hobby? In the old days, yes, to put food on the table, provide clothing, etc. But nowadays? Sorry if I went on a tangent This is really nice, though!

That's not legal anyway. Hunting season is at a time when fawns are grown and have left their mother. But yes, one time I went hog hunting and I saw a big sow in a thicket and was just aiming for it when about five tiny little piglets came trotting out around her. (no, of course I didn't shoot her) I havn't been able to hog hunt since. The babies were just way too cute. : P

But yeah, don't shoot a mama. That's not cool. And don't shoot anything that you aren't going to eat that isn't trying to eat you. ^_^

It makes me mad too...

You wouldn't believe it..Last year there was a mother moose and her baby standing in a field...and only a few minutes after we passed them we heard a gunshot. Someone had SHOT the mother moose, with her baby STANDING right next to her! I'll never understand it

Hard core 'hunters' say that it is to keep the population down so that they don't starve to death in the winter or when over populated. But if you think about it, they are causeing starvation with the does young... duh.

Just so everyone knows, HUNT BUCKS if you are going to hunt anything!
