Waterfalls in Malta are a rare sight. Located near Ras id- Dawwara, this is probably the most spectacular on the island and lasts for two days the most.
To say the elusiveness of the waterfall has frustrated me countless times would be an understatement. But this winter, which was the wettest one we had in years, I finally got my lucky break.
A morning full of heavy rain coincided with the evening lecture getting cancelled. As the skies opened up in the afternoon, I knew that the opportunity I had been waiting for these last couple of years had arrived. So I left home early, then nature did the rest.
