Avengers x Mutant!Reader x X-Men Part 1

It was a normal day in Stark Tower. Thor was watching T.V. with Steve, Natasha was training with Clint, and Bruce and Tony were in Tony’s lab works on who knows what.

That was when JARVIS piped up. “Master Stark. There is a call for you” the AIs British accented voice rang out. “Have them call back later” Tony ordered in reply, not taking his eyes off of what he was doing. Then JARVIS spoke up once more. “Sir. It’s Director Fury” he said simply. That was all it took to draw the billionaires attention as he jumped up from where he was sitting and all but ran to his office.

Once there he picked up the phone that was sitting there. “Talk to me” he said in his casual manner. “Stark. We have a problem” Fury spoke, his voice as cold and businesslike as ever. “When do we ever NOT have a problem…? What is it? Aliens? Monsters?” he asked listing off the usual suspects. “Dinosaurs” fury said matter-of-factly and Tony blanched. “Mind running that by me one more time? It sounded like you said ‘Dinosaurs’” Tony said trying to make sure he heard correctly. “You heard right. I said Dinosaurs. a T-Rex to be exact and it’s chasing a white van through the city as we speak. I’ve called in the X-Men to help. We suspect that we are dealing with a mutant” Fury explained as if it was the simplest thing in the world. “Right…Well we’ll get suited up and head out…” Tony was still trying to process the information he had been given. “I’m sending you the coordinates now” Fury said before hanging up.

Tony gathered the other and told them to suit up before briefing them. “Wait…Dinosaur?” Steve questioned raising a brow. “Yup. Fury said that the X-Men will be assisting us. They believe that it’s a mutant that we’re dealing with” Tony explained further and Steve nodded. “Then let’s get to it” he said as they all started for the exit.

You bounded after the white van that had taken your sister and son. You thought of what you would do to them when you caught up. The best sounding idea, to you at least, was to step on them.

You released a loud roar as you tried to speed up. That was when you heard a voice not far from you. “Hey Dino! I’m going to give to the count of three to stop chasing them before I make you!” the unfamiliar voice said, there was arrogance present. You howled loudly and sped up, only a few yards behind the van now. “1! 2! 2 and a half! ... 3!” the voice said before you were tackled to the side. You growled and snapped angrily as the man that had attacked you. He was wearing a red and gold metal suit and he was flying as he avoided your attacks. You looked in the direction of the van and started bounding after it once more.

Then Jet engines were heard over head and a voice rang out from it. “Sorry we’re late.
Traffic was a mess” the voice was male and sounded young. That was when you saw a puff of blue smoke in front of you and felt someone crawling on your head. “Bitte stop! Whatever they did to you I’m sure it wasn’t that bad!” another male voice, but this one sounded German. You threw your head back with a roar and attempted to throw him off. It worked and he fell off but before he hit the ground there was another puff of blue smoke and he was gone. All you could think was. ‘I have to get them back!’

A moment later you were tackled again, this time by a big green man. He was snarling and growling like an animal. You snapped at him like you had with the metal man and you had to stop to fight him. Then the wind started to blow hard and thunder crashed as a woman with dark skin and white hear flew down and tried to calm you down. “Please. Stop. We can help you if you will let us” she spoke like a worried mother and you growled at her. She didn’t know what they did. They have your sister and child! You howled and went to dash into her before your side was hit by a freezing blast that sent you crashing in the opposite direction the van was going.

After a moment you lifted your head and saw that the van was no longer in your sight. They were gone…

You stood and looked around franticly before releasing a sorrowful bellowing howl. After you howled you slowly shrank back to your small human form and collapsed onto your knees and continued to shout sorrowfully as tears ran down your cheeks. “NO!!!” you screamed as your shoulders heaved with each sob.

“Um…Who wants to take this one…?” Tony asked looking at the X-Men. Storm rolled her eyes and slowly make her way closer to you. You could smell her approaching and you whipped your head up to glare at her and the other people. “You Jerkfaces! Do you know what you’ve done!?” you screamed angrily.

Tony looked to, the now normal, Bruce. “Did she just call us ‘Jerkfaces’?” he asked and Bruce nodded tiredly as he watched Storm try to calm you down. “Please. Let us help you” she spoke kindly. You just kept glaring at her. “They stole my sister and my son! If you wanted to help, then you would have let me go!” you shouted angrily as you stood on your tired and wobbly legs. Storm moved to help you but you pushed her away and started walking in the direction the van went in the hopes of following the scent.

“Then let us make it up to you” she said as she ran to catch up to you and you paused. They could help you. They all looked strong and you were just one person. You sighed and looked back at them, this time you didn’t glare. You were too tired to be angry anymore. You sighed. “Fine. But if you get in my way again. I’ll step on you” you threatened.

They took you to some place called ‘Stark Tower’ it was fancy, more fancy than you had ever seen. They had you explain who you were, what you could do, and why you were chasing that van.

“My name is (y/n) Yukimura* I’m a mutant. I can turn myself into any dinosaur I want, but my favorites are T-Rex’s and Raptors. The men in that van kidnapped my little sister Animiko* and my unborn son (boy name)” you explained. The ones that called themselves ‘The X-Men’ just nodded in understanding while the ones that called themselves ‘Avengers’ looked at you like you were crazy. “Um…Unborn son? If your son hasn’t been born yet then how do they have him?” the man called Tony asked. “He is still an egg” you said with a motherly smile. “Huh?” was all Tony could say. “It’s part of her mutation. She lays eggs instead of live birth, like most humans. Right?” Storm asked looking to you and you nodded to Tony telling that she was right. Tony nodded in return but didn’t really understand. “I need a drink” he said as he moved behind a bar off to the side.

Storm turned to you. “How old are you?” she asked as she had you sit with her on one of the many couches. “Five” you said simply. Because of your Mutation you looked older than you were. You looked 18 but you were really only five. Everyone in the room looked at you dumbfounded and you just looked back at them confusedly. “What? Did I say something wrong?” you asked innocently. “No. They’re just surprised” Storm told you placing a hand on your shoulder.

Not long after they took you to a fancy meeting room to make a plan with some man named Fury. He was loud and serious but he helped you make a plan. You would get your son and sister back. One way or another.
