OriginA rich family girl with the head for business.
Polite personality with good manner, full of service mind
(unlike Steam that rather egoistic about customer service
with Snail-tier slow support and may ban people for just asking for help)
However, Origin grows in a family of entrepreneur
(Her dad is EA)
So everything means business to her.
Such as DLC selling or chopping up a completed game to parts and sell them separately.
Never sell a single, completed game. Loves separating a 'premium' player from a normal one.
Does not make a crazy discount like Steam.
She rather dislikes Steam and classify her as a business rival and annoying person.

I can't really agree with your opinions on Steam in comparison to Origin (in large part due to EA being the publishing equivalent to a spawn of Satan.) But I'll agree that Origin is at least... functional... I guess...
In any case, nice artwork. I'm really enjoying this series of yours.

Anyway I'm not saying that Steam is bad or anything.
It's just that Steam is a bit of a troll sometimes
(like when they said they were making Half-life 3 but really they weren't).
As for its support, in my opinion, Steam support is a lot slower to respond and solve the problem.
This is probably one of the biggest flaws that Steam has.
And about Origin, what is bad is not the software itself but the company, EA.
(Like when they had a campaign where if you had a hard copy of any version of The Sims 2,
you could go and enter your cd-key in Origin and get yourself a digital copy of The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection for free.
So, people went out and bought legit copies of The Sims 2 so they could get the Ultimate Collection.
And then the campaign ended and EA announced that they would stop supporting the game
and give everyone a digital copy of the Ultimate Collection for free anyway.)

Thanks for your honest and polite response! You really didn't have to so I REALLY appreciate it! I love finding nice people who are willing to share their opinions. Especially on the Internet. It's like finding in angel amidst a horde of demons.
But I digress. It looks like both of us sometimes associate a client with the company that owns it. Steam is owned by Valve. And it's Valve, not Steam, that's responsible for Half-Life 3.
When it comes to customer support I haven't had too much of a problem with it, however I will say Steam is a little to lax with the quality of the games they allow onto their service. Some of them are just down right unplayable which is simply unprofessional.
I will however agree that from my experience Origin is a very stable, reliable, and functional piece of software. Which I'm content with. Although it is owned by EA... Yeah I feel sad with EA when they bought a small game company like Westwood, Playfish, Maxis
and shut them.....
And yes, Valve is not Steam you're right(I've mix them together my bad)
but you can create characteristic easier
more than another program.
Example: When Valve do anything I can make (my) Steam told about that.
(the same way with
Origin-EA
Uplay-Ubisoft)
(The company is not the program but they make respond to their answer in the program then I make my program manners from that)
