She can come off a little shy but in reality, she just doesn't talk that much since she doesn't want to freak out others by moving her mandibles. Even if she doesn't make an effort to speak when she doesn't have to, she is very social and will happily partake in activities and help out others in town, as well as the occassional visitor. As elegant as she tries to appear, getting down and dirty to play or work does not bother her, finding it fun.
It is not unlikely to see her with her nose in a book to learn about new things, eager to have trivia at the ready if a converstation gets too awkward or boring with close friends.
No matter how nice she comes off, there is always a spark waiting to fly if a nerve is hit.

Likes: Clothing, reading, learning, friends, sweets, fish, sports, board games, logging data, mud, flowers, anything winter, leaf collecting, blunt folks.
Dislikes: Controlling folks, perfection and traditions in her species.
Fears: Large birds and deep water(can’t swim)

History: Like most of her species, she grew up without a father but it was well made up for by the many older half brothers she has. Most of her youth was spent with them, being raised to be "one of the guys" more or less, though she was also trained to be regal and mannered by her mother. She was a bit of a disappointment to her mother simply because she lacked the proper grace of a young female mantis but she never let it bring her down, happy not being a copy of her sisters.

Other:
-Will often keep her mouth hidden behind her arms when she talks or has to move her mandibles.
-It is an enigma how she can put on shirts.
-House is winter/candycane themed.
-She can hold still for hours without moving.
-More talkative to other invertebrates, not as self conscious around them.
-The petal like parts on her face are like lashes, not hair, attached to the top and bottom of her eyes.
-Has pretty wings but they are usually tucked away as she can’t fly very well.

When it comes to script, I mostly use it for basic casual rps. I mostly do paragraph/novel, especially for in-depth development among characters.
