Thaddeus "Tango McField is a fourteen year old teen who is originally from San Francisco. He moved to Burbank when his parents become employed at Warner Bros Studios; his mother as an actor, and his father as a cameraman.

His parents consider him a free spirit. Artistic and creative, he is always up for fun and adventure. Willing to try anything. Despite his cool demeanor he also tends to be extremely overconfident, which usually lands him in situations where he is way over his head. However, he never wants to cause any trouble, at least not TOO much.

Okay, this is a VERY old OC character I made a while back. One I never drew until now. Honestly drawing this guy was far more fun than trying to write him.

He was initially created for an Animainiacs fanfic I wrote back in 2013 called "Two Tone Tower"
He was designed to be a friend of the Warners who apricated their zany sense of humor and would often spark ideas for them to have fun with. Since the Warners have very few friends their own age in the show, I thought Tango would be a good addition at the time.

In the story he helps them with planning a party by suggesting they do one centered around "Two Tone" ska music of the 80's. A style of music I was Infatuated with at the time. Long story short, it was far from my best work. While I don't consider myself an amazing writer, I honestly cringe whenever I try to read it nowadays. It ended up being way longer than it needed to be, it had a full concert, some corny jokes, and Mr. Plotz doing a backflip near the end. So yeah.

I never really used him again aside from a private roleplay session on Fanfiction.net. I had attempted to write him in two other fanfic stories I'd written. There was the one shot "Animated Pursuit" and my multi chapter fic "Gang of Four" He ended getting written out before the first drafts were even done.

I think part of the reason I never revisited this character until now is that I never really had a good grasp on what his personality could be for a long time. Even back when I wrote the story, he always seemed a little flat to me. Even some of the feedback I got from him on Fanfiction.net (what little I managed to get), agreed he was a little undeveloped. So whenever I tried to write a story with him, he never seemed to fit with everyone else. Since I tend to write fanfics about characters with strong personalities, I wanted him to have one too.

But I do feel one day, I will find a good story for him. I'll just have to keep on writing.
