Description
Done in 3dsmax a while agoThe basic story is that a gigantic spacecraft crashed into the planet eons ago, and the city has sprung up around it. The urban dwellers still draw power from the wrecked craft to power their city, which has now grown into a metropolis, although they tend not to clean up after themselves
I think I used stock from [link] but it was so long ago I'm not sure anymore
Also used textures from [link] and possibly [link]

This is awesome. I love the little details, like the containers and cans and barrels. And a real nice backstory, too.

Thanks! I was trying for a dirty futuristic look, a little bit like Blade Runner with trash on the ground, dirt, graffiti

Thanks! that means a lot the background is a stock photo I think (don't remember where it came from) and there's a little contrast and levels adjustment, but other than that I think it's all 3d

Thank you! My advice would be to join some groups; it's the best way to get your art noticed by more people, see the "featured in" tab on the right?
