This shows an enormous stellar power and manufacturing station built around a star, similar to a Dyson sphere (or maybe more accurately a Niven ring or a Halo) A small star [usually a class G or K star] powers manufacturing and construction of interstellar spacecraft which are then sold to whomever can afford them. Raw materials are harvested from asteroids, the small inner planets, and the star itself.
