Oh my goodness it's finally finished. Over two days and a total of...goodness knows how many hours.Ah ....and not having Photoshop made this 100x harder with the magic and sparkles. I had to dot each burst of magic separately ;u;

I just used a small round brush and went at it. Adding strands and highlights and all that good stuff.
I also went back over it with another layer on top to add some higher contrast :3
