There is an interesting story about this one. I've been browsing the Internet in December when I saw that there was a TF2 Zine going on, which was great. But at the time I found out about its existence it was already capped out, so it was not so great.
I've been thinking about it for a couple of days, and then I've got a picture idea worth of a zine. So I'm not getting printed (unless you do it at home), but this didn't stop me anyway. And what's even better - I can skip waiting and publish the thing the very moment it is done, which is right about now.

Treat yourself! It's not for commercial use, no money making on this please, but you can have it for yourself and print it if you want to have it physically.
