Description
This is my favorite piece that I have ever done. Ever.
An extremely personal piece, with lots of time and love and heart and soul poured into him, with all that crazy detail done with a 1pixel brush 
Done in Sketchbook Pro, with some editing and special effects in Photoshop CS3.
Hours spent? Uh. Something around 30 hours over the last 10 days.

Probably one of the best works you've ever done. Your incredible use of lines make the wings look almost three dimensional and combine that with the amazing lighting and shading and you have yourself a masterpiece!

Reithya... It is gorgeous. Absolutely magnificent. You can definitely call this your favourite piece, and not just your favourite, but also your best. The lineart is so detailed, the shades and lighting are done so great... He's even got veins in his wings! 
This golden dragon is absolutely gorgeous and looks so powerful. His paws are the strongest I've ever seen, without being oversized. It feels as if he looks right in my eyes and sees so much! His scale pattern is so complicated and detailed.

I didn't believe I could do it either, but one day, two weeks ago, I saw it in a vision? It's hard to describe, but... I was able to draw something very close to it, and it took a lot of patience and time, but... the outcome was worth it.
I sincerely thank you for your comment- I know it can be hard to see improvement in others when you desire it yourself, because I have that feeling all the time- but trust me when I say that you can do it, too, and I know you can, because I've seen it in you, as well. I only hope that I can continue to produce work of this caliber in the future- this was something I was able to see very clearly, but most of my artwork doesn't turn out that way.
