Oooh I was looking for a tutorial like this, particularly for ballpoint pen, most of these techniques would fit quite perfectly I think.. (maybe except smudge?) Thanks for sharing!!

I think I do as well. I was echoing someone else's opinion on that one but I think I might change that detail about avoiding it. Broad strokes very much have their own purpose.
