Let me just say I am enthralled by the colors.Β
From below you have cool colors with warm shadows, above warm clouds and a cool sky, and to the left very
very cool forest.Β The character depicted so warm and the shadow of cool colors really molds him into the forest but lets him slowly
pull away into the warmth. It's simple yet so detailed.Β

I wish I'd get commissions like that. I usually get like "simple drawing with simple bg, but in the bg there should be a jungle and a sunset and a ton of butterflies and a lake and mountains, oh and my OC looks like this ".
The "I don't want to commission the detailed drawing category cuz it costs more but still want a detailed bg/complicated perspective/drawing of my 23894723 details OC" thing xD

gosh that's quite a big question! By the time I'd be done giving the shortened version, I'd have learned 4 pages worth of more small random stuff,, since there's plenty of things you learn just by walking around and looking at stuff already.
