No I don't know him.

I have this odd feeling if I should jump in and run with this; versus wave my hand, say hold up, and figure out why I have no idea who he is. I mean, talking mutant animals weren't even a thing until the Dark Ages in the 1990s, 40 years into the Dark Alternate Timeline from my Golden Era starting point! I am seriously questioning if Laserhorn is even in the right era here! This is messed up!
