Description
This is the results of my first 5 minutes with the free 3d sculpting and learning tool from Pixologic, no tablet, and just a mouse. Pretty freaky, and a fun tool to play with. The program actually crashed once and saved my work for me so I could pickup where I left off - wow - really nice.pixologic.com/sculptris/

That's where I am. Blob heads only and nothing I would want to export, yet - but if you click on the #sculptris tag you can see people are doing cool stuff with this tool - like the 3d Disney characters someone did.

Haha, yeah, it does look like the physical representation of a migraine headache or some sort of nightmare.
This tool is a great stress reliever. My Play-Doh therapy

Haha, yeah, more of my normal stuff soon lol.
I always wanted to learn ZBrush, and I am thrilled Pixologic put out this started app for free. These have a sort of craft-art look to them, like someone put sculptures together out of blobs of melted metal. I am also learning Blacksmith 3d, which is similar but for texture painting and figure morphs.
My goal? Make monsters and cool sets of sci-fi armor, of course.

I have Blacksmith 3D - haven't upgraded to the latest (still learning my version 3) . On my iPad I have a similar program to Sculptris from Autodesk "Sculpt 3D", but I may look into Sculptris.
My goal? have fun! I look forward to the Blobs....
