Description
Captain's Log Supplemental Stardate 2464.57 Captain Julian Talos reporting. The USS Bonaventure NCX-1967-K turned out to be from an alternate timeline created by the Romulan mining ship Narada after it was pulled into the Hobus Singularity. The Bonaventure was thrown into our timeline when an enemy vessel of unknown origin detonated its core. The ensuing singularity was too close for the Bonaventure to escape from despite her transwarp drive. Apparently in their timeline the transwarp drive that was tested by our realities USS Excelsior was a success. The trip through the singularity took most of their systems offline and rendered the ship largely defenseless in an alternate timeline. It was incredibly fortunate for the ship that the vessel responded to their distress call was a fellow Starfleet ship. The Enterprise was helping the crew get enough of her systems online to make it to Starbase for full repairs when another ship appeared, seemingly from nowhere. As if dealing with alternate timelines wasn't enough, the new vessel was revealed to be the timeship USS Relativity from the 29th century. The Relativity had detected the singularity the Bonaventure had emerged through and came to investigate. The Relativity sent over crew to the Bonaventure, using their advanced tech to bring the vessel back to full capacity. The Relativity then used her deflector to create a rift that would allow the Bonaventure to follow her back to the "Kelvin Timeline." Which is apparently the designation for the Bonaventure's home reality. As per the temporal prime directive all information on the appearance, technology, and crew of the Relativity has been purged from the Enterprise's database. The Enterprise is now en route to Andoria to finish her space trials.
