Description
After getting feed back from the first one I decided I needed to understand how the Neo worked a bit more so I've drawn a full body image of the Neo to flesh out why he's so interesting. The head is still aggravating to draw because everytime I start it feels like I'm drawing a cinder block instead of an actual head. The smaller crest works for him, I guess. Everything else is fine like I mentioned eariler. This is a no weapons version like the original Neo was presented so no Garuda or arm blade attachements or nothing. I still want to give him deeper eye cavities and more interesting eyes. Anyway its late so tell so maybe I'll start on the final SD version tommorrow.-RenDragonClaw

I myself give it a big 'meh' simply because it didn't really accomplish what it set out to do. Still, its a good attempt at the Neo...silly box faced thing that it is.
