I wouldn't be surprised if Vladimir had a child. I'm sure by the time his daughter has grown up she will hunt down John Price & kill him in a horrifying manner. After all, Makarov said the following:
"You may be able to destroy me, but the beast will eventually come for you."

Yes, Makarov, teach your daughter about how to play chess. Because soon, the world will be her chess game.
Even though he loves her daughter, Makarov can be so manipulative! To him, the end justified the means and his influence on his child is good while others think it's bad.
Just look at Mak's face and eyes! Behind a father's love hides a sinister ego who wants nothing but power. Poor Anastasia...those curious look on her face when she stare at a horse chess...her innocence will soon be lost.
