I don't like this one..I thought about Liara and her baby Benezia are visiting Nezzy's dad in hospital.
told me about her thought of Liara being pregnant already at the end of Mass Effect 3 and I liked her thoughts.
Well, also I think, if Shepard survives, his injuries were that bad, he had to stay in hospital for a long time.
Maybe long enough to miss birth of his first daughter.
Anyway, I don't like Liara on this one. Maybe too short?

For me, it's perfect! This is almost exactly where a piece of fan-fiction I'm writing starts (mine starts about 3 months after the attack, Shepard awakens from a coma, slowly, feeling all sorts of medical mass effect fields immobilizing him and inside him supporting and immobilizing replacement organs -- Liara is there and confesses she took it upon herself to be pregnant when they said goodbye in ME3). I LOVE this sort of picture, and the only complementary one I could think of would be the one showing Liara's joy at seeing her Shepard awaken. Thanks!
