Description
This is the mysterious Mayuri painting I never really said much about.I like it.
I'm thinking maybe one day I'll make a print of it. That'd be cool. This pic went through a lot of stages, but I think that's a good thing.
Did the digital painting with a bigger focus on learning lighting. Lighting is such an important element and I need to experiment with it more. I rarely even give it much consideration and that's why I'm not as happy with things as a result. I think this went fairly good. Yay woot.
Thanks to who helped me with this loads and whose Bleach prints were a big inspiration.

Unfortunately I don't really have any tuts on that. I did make something that shows the process [link] but it doesn't really say anything about the process.

Yeah, he doesn't do much of the fighting thing, but when he does show up it's pretty entertaining what he does do. I hope it's soon, I know he's gotta be making an appearance soon. It's close.

Mayuri was always one of my favorite captains. But he never seems to get any love. Even though I'm kinda late to the party on this, congrats on the D.D.

He certainly doesn't get the kind of love like the others, but say at least not like Yamamoto or Komamura. I think they get ignored even more. Mayuri has a niche. XD
