I'll probably come up with a full profile later, but for right now I just know he is a character that has used the Death Note so frivolously that is has truly turned him into a monster. He has become on the outside what he is on the inside, even worse than Teru Mikami.Related content

Yep. He doesn't turn into one, but the evil of the Death Note ends up not only corrupting him on the inside, but the outside, too. He just ends up looking like one.
