Description
Greenish colors are the hardest to balance properly. I am looking at this page on a VERY yellowish monitor, so I de-saturated the yellow a lot. This may make the foliage look AWFUL on your monitor though, arghI need a salp bath.

I think everything looks fine and I've had my monitor color tested so I know it shows things properly.
That being said, I agree with everyone it seems, startled Podge is adorable!

The greens of the foliage look just fine. The variations in the various hues create depth, indicate changes between species quite nicely, and also show the condition of the clumps of stuff very well.

Looks fine on my monitor - a lovely olive and lichen green mottle. I adore the hackles on Podge!

I can see why a change to colour would be needed, other then it looks awsome, purple wold be a little hard to show if the comic was still in B&W

You've probably had to answer this question before, but I've been curious. Kade has a bit of a fringe mustache? And am I correct in his name?

Yes Kade has a fine blonde mustache, which I wish he didn't; it serves no purpose and you can hardly see it at this resolution. I did that because I thought he might look too much like a girl.

It does serve a purpose, at least to my interpretation of him, it seems to give him more of a playful tone than the clean-shaven men around him. Which is the tone he's been giving off from the start xD since it's so light it's "there but not there", also sort of like how one minute he's stoned, the next he's organized the sick bay.
Iunno if that makes sense at all but point being I like him having that stache.

Kade actually looks like a blonde version of me, except that I’m genetically unable to get any facial hair started. My hair is just as long - yes, I do get mistaken for a girl on occasion. Other than that, we’re both a couple scrawny, over-grown kids.

I often use my son as a model. He has the same build and hair type, though not blonde... it is handy to have a live reference!

Just realized that we also (almost) have names in common. His name is Kade and my real name is Shade. Yes, my parents were insane. I just never use my real name professionally, or at all if I can help it. So forget I said that!
Having a live reference is great for people like you who have actual talent. I have to create a lot of character designs for games and I often use basic Poser figures to catch a difficult pose or form. Fortunately I can then turn it over to real artists to create a finished design.

Shade of the Blackfox Clan, of the Western Cherokee Nation. Tribal name Sa’waya (Blue Wolf - pokes avatar) Although I still think ‘Shade’ sounds like a character from the Final Fantasy franchise, complete with a sword the size of a crossing gate.

Good! On my laptop it is almost entirely colorless, and it is a bit too yellow on my super-yellow monitor. So I tried to adjust it halfway between the two.
