EDIT: Taking this one back to the garage, so to speak, and rework a few things.

If you're looking for a critique on this piece, I think your lineart is really lovely. It's very crisp and straight, and I love that. However, I think that you could improve your shading a little. I feel like it's a little bit too shaded, as if you shaded it like you would something that was meant to be very realistic. Go a little lighter, and shape the shadows a little more to the line. It's a cartoon, so really subtle shading will work just as well. Or maybe it just strikes me that way because the background is totally unshaded. I'm sure you can achieve a happy medium.
Also, I think you should put some pupils and a little shine in her eyes to give her that life and warmth that we all know Derpy has.
