ValenField for Valentine's Day. Fitting, no?Eheh, wanted to submit art of my absolute favorite RE couple for Valentine's Day. Yes, you read that right.
For those of you who are surprised: Don't be. ChrisxJill was actually the first pairing that I was a fan of in the RE fandom, and I continue to ship them to this day. VERY HARD. The problem is that I just can't draw Jill (or women in general, really) so sadly there isn't enough of her in my gallery... And also, Wesker is total stud. And WxC is my other favorite pairing in the series. So... Yeah. < U >
I will ONLY ever Ship Chris with Wesker or with Jill. PERIOD.
Anyways, happy with how this came out. Jill behaved for me (for once!), even if it was just in my derpy noodle-chibi style. I think she looks purdy~♥
And Chris... Oh Chris... you really aren't as smooth as you'd like to think. The only reason you get away with your antics is because we all find your idiocy so endearing. eue What a ham.

It's nice to draw Jill. I really do love her, and I really do feel sad that I neglect her (and some of my other favorite characters in RE)... Wesker and Chris just seem to dominate everything I do. ene hurnghhh. Dammit boys, quit hogging all of the attention!
lol but seriously I am trying to draw more girls. Figure drawing has actually REALLY helped, so I feel a lot more confident in my ability to draw women. Maybe I'll finally get to put up some Jill and Claire and Rebecca arts, considering they're probably my three of my favorite heroines of all time. It would be nice to actually do something of them for a change. eue; Hurm.

And, to be honest, as far as women are concerned, none of the other RE babes deserve Chris, aside from Jill. I mean, Jill's been his "partner" for, what? 11 or so years? There's something there. Think about it, Chris blew off the Irving mission to find Jill. When has THAT ever happened to "just partners"?

Love the coloring on this! The cell-shading is so effective, and I adore the spirals on their elbows! It's such a cute and unique touch! I'll never grow tired of your Chris artwork! NEVER!
