Everywhere, and nowhere: it's in our eyes.

I was critiqued for not having my waterline level hahaha of course I didn't have a tree on a 45 degree angle as the main subject. Beautiful work

Oh, that's really special! The soft wintry colors alone are fav-worthy, and the angle makes it really unique. Smart concept to have that lone tree stand upright, and you made great use of its growing next to that pond. The coastline and the doubling of the trees in the reflection make the composition even more appealing and the concept more poignant. I feel so often alone against a forest, I need the self-confidence to see myself as growing upright. It's so bluer on the right, did you use a grad filter?

Wow, what a diferrent perspective.
The colours are so soft, very surreal, but comforting.
Beautiful.

very cool. I saw this before but lost it. And when I found it again I had to make sure I fav'd it before I lost it. I love the concept and the "fake-out"

I really love how this challenges our sense of perspective. Are we to see the tree as standing straight & tall and everything else leaning or should we just see it as a leaning half-fallen tree. Love the wonderful clarity of colors here from the dark blue of the crystaline lake to the white snow on the ground to the tones of the trees showing through the fog. This is an excellent capture and wonderful composition.

I love the perspective and angle on this piece! And the center tree that is bent adds a nice centerpiece. Bent in other angles- straight in this one
Love it!
