Description
This is a simple image which shows steps to create a VERY simple flame in 3ds max. It is not meant to be photorealistic but works well for scenes where polycount is important and may give you some ideas for in-game graphics that you may be creating. The tutorial itself is not meant to look professional, as it was created in class for the benefit of the other students in my 3d art class at Bucks County Community College.Related content

you could also animate the fire by changing the noise settings around while autokey (or whatever) right?
