this is true. Whatever u see on others, is in you. Some might not realize this, though it is deeply in their sub conscious. We must be aware of the ilusions we create, before they take over us. Otherwise, we wont be free, and we will be prisioned in our own world, always trying to seek for something outwards that is inside you in the first place.

yes, they can. The mind is a very useful tool... but once we become what we think, react tords what we see and whats there, we loose touch of something true, of who we really are. We musnt let the mind suck up all the consciousness from our bodies. That is what creates pain in the first place.
