I think Tesla did it trying to sell his system of atmospheric transmission of power to the government. I wonder how many eggs he broke trying to sell that omelet?

I heard about this theory and think it makes some sense! Tesla was a real a genius and experimenter, so who knows but in fact, my picture tells a different story

Oh the Mammoth is lovely!!!! ...just noticed the praying mantas on his back, which could explain that wild look in his eye.
Interesting orange clouds, they remind me of giant squids. These are very powerful forms. You should definitely use them in another piece, a mural if you ever get a chance to do one.
You can really see how this artwork & "Land of the Red Mountains" are connected but in this one there is another view, or view of the same place at a different time.
Here the mountains are green & shaped liked "Hershey's kisses" & the embryos have taken human & monstrous (center one) forms.

I like your association with giant squids, because I really love these sea creatures. All sea and ocean creature have an ancient shape in my opinion. Also I recently ate a salad with squids, maybe I got some influence from it
Ah! "Hershey's kisses", you are right Gloria! I see some similarity too!
ps: "Land of the Red Mountains" about Siberia by the way
