Description
I have been wanting to make this image for ages.The image is based on a fusion of ideas from Jamie Hewletts Tank girl images. I am working towards more Tank girl renders but a little more complicated than this one
The girl is V4 from DAZ
I modelled the rockets and the mini Skirt in Silo.
The skirt is Dynamic Cloth.
Rendered in Poser 8 Using IDL.

Hell, this is a very realistic rendering here. Only the ultra-realist smoothness gives it away after a while

These are very expensive programs, but, if you happened to take a class on it, couldn't you get a discount or "student" offer which is far less expensive? I know adobe has these sorts of "formulas" so...
Otherwise you'll have to do with free progs or less expensive progs like "sculptris" or something (which has some really cool features as well from what i have seen so far, but it is indeed not as vast and elaborate as 3dsmax or cinema4d even).
Last option: get an illegal download..., become real good at it and spend the first money you earn with making 3d-stuffs to "legalize" yourself and but the program, ...

She often had peircings.. Lots of different places
I Decided against the brow ring on this one.. I was gonna do a tongue one but it slipped my mind LOL. She has her ear done a few times in this one(not sure if its obvious enough though)

I have only read the comics.. I never watched the movie as I heard it was bad LOL. I should really watch it though.

i've never read the books but i liked the movie . she's a cool character . but i know how movies after books can be the wrong direction to go if you're a big fan of the prior . Gorillaz were a success years ago mate
